Job Description
Note: The wage for this position will depend on experience.
Days and Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Job Description:
- Greeting patients
- Managing appointments, including but not limited to: calling patients, following up, confirming the appointments
- Managing the documents, including but not limited to: patient test result and the basic information (hard copy and electronic copy), inventory, billing, etc.
- Managing the marketing, including but not limited to: digital marketing with Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms, in person marketing events etc.
- Other job duties as required
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Good communication skills
- Good office software skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, etc.
- Strong time management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Detail-oriented
