Job Description

The employer provides quality watch and jewellery repairs. They are looking for a Sales & Service Associate for our CF Lime Ridge Mall Location at 999 Upper Wentworth St, Hamilton, ON. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work technically and fast track your career in retail.

Duties include:
• Watch Battery Installation & Watch Band Replacement
• Taking in watch and jewellery repairs
• Selling of nationally branded watches, watch bands etc.

Wage offered = $16.00/hour plus bonus. The employer offers a good bonus structure on top of wages, a great company discount and flexible hours.

The work schedule will vary. Must be available for day/evening/weekend shifts.

Hours of operation are:
Mon – Fri 10am–9pm
Sat 9:30am–6pm
Sun 11am–6pm

Requirements & Prerequisites

• Strong customer service skills
• Sales-oriented
• Detail-oriented
• Minimum of 3 years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• No watch/jewellery repair experience required! Employer provides on-the-job training and offers a detailed Training Program which includes doing minor repairs on watches and jewellery.
• Previous jewellery store experience would be an asset
