Job Description
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
Saturday, 8am – 3pm. Closed Sundays!
Shifts scheduled 1 month ahead
Benefits: After 4 months.
Co-pay, once working 30+ hours (subject to the approval of the insurance provider)
- Primary duties are customer service and customer payments
- Drop in and phone call customers re: available storage units, pricing, etc..
- Most payments are preauthorized on visa; employee will be responsible for billing, sending receipts, etc.
- Responsible for cleaning rotation (assigned duties each day, week, month) main office, storage area, mopping floors, garbages, etc.
- Outdoor maintenance in front of store: snow blowing and grass cutting
- Cleaning out storage units between renters
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills (will train)
- Must be in good health to perform physical requirements / cleaning on job
- Must be able to operate snow blower
- Employer is flexible for candidates who may need to work 2 part-time jobs
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required, but PREFERRED
