Requirements & Prerequisites

Skills:
· Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
· Capable of operating equipment/machinery.
· Able to manage a crew while working alongside them.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Good judgment and attention to detail.
· Physical wellness to perform physically demanding jobs.
Responsibilities:
· Setting up, operating and cleaning up irrigation
·Experience with tools and farm equipment preferred but not essential for the right candidate
· Overseeing packing of product
· Equipment repair & maintenance
Valid driver’s license
