Job Description
Position Summary:
Data Entry, Prepare General Ledger (G/L) Adjusting, Journal Entries, Manage Accounts Receivable, Manage Accounts Payable, Prepare G/L Account Analysis, Prepare Bank Reconciliations, Conduct Credit Checks and Collections, Track Fixed Assets and Depreciation, Update and Retrieve Financial Data, Communicate with Vendors and Follow-Up. Maintain Cash Flow Projections
- High Volume Office, Fast Paced Environment, Tight Deadlines, Proficiency on Adding Machine and Key Board
Requirements & Prerequisites
3-5 Years Experience, Completion of Community College Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Sage, BusinessVision or equivalent.
Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
Can start immediately.
