Job Description
- Cook and Prep for our hot table. pastas, lasagna, veggies, chicken, veal and sauces. All items are made from scratch
- Assemble orders for lunch and catering orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction with food quality and value
- Use basic kitchen equipment: stove, grill, oven, slicer, knives (no deep fryers)
- Store food properly: fridge, freezer
- Clean kitchen area: wipe counters, sweep and mop floors
- Assist with unpacking shipments when necessary
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, organized and willing to learn
- Kitchen experience a strong asset – passion for kitchen work required
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs
- Mature attitude, reliable
- Certified Food Handlers Course certificate
