Job Description

• Cook and Prep for our hot table. pastas, lasagna, veggies, chicken, veal and sauces. All items are made from scratch
• Assemble orders for lunch and catering orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction with food quality and value
• Use basic kitchen equipment: stove, grill, oven, slicer, knives (no deep fryers)
• Store food properly:  fridge, freezer
• Clean kitchen area:  wipe counters, sweep and mop floors
• Assist with unpacking shipments when necessary
