JOB DESCRIPTION
The Pool Shoppe is a family owned and operated business based in Hamilton since 1968. We are seeking energetic, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Hours will be full-time (40+) and run from April to the end of the summer (September).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
perform opening and closing of pools as well as general swimming pool maintenance
assist with the installation of aboveground pools
assist with the installation of liners and safety covers
understanding of chemistry and proper maintenance of pools and spas
complete scheduled service calls in an accurate and efficient manner
maintain a safe and organized service vehicle and its contents
complete all necessary paperwork and work orders neatly and accurately
Requirements & Prerequisites
JOB REQUIREMENTS
experience is not required but would be an asset
be neat and clean in appearance
physically fit and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
work in all various outdoor conditions
work well unsupervised and in a team environment
maintain a strong work ethic and have the willingness to learn
valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
bondable
punctual and reliable
willing and able to work 50+ hours per week (including some Saturdays)
