Job Description:

• Weigh, lift, turn and positionclients
• Supervise clients’ exercise routines
• Bathe, dress and groom clients
• Answer call signals
• Collect specimens
• Accompany clients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to care and comfort
• Administer first aid in emergency situations
• Administer medications
• Supply and empty bed pans
• Serve meal trays and feedclients
• Make beds and maintain clients’ rooms
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Help with the accessing of community support and resources for clients
• Dealing with clients with mental health issues and other diagnosis
• Help with some light housekeeping and food preparation duties

Salary:$20.00 to $21.00 hourly, 40 to 44 Hours per week.

Important Information:

-Hatts Off welcomes children and youth who need help with: life skills, anger management, substance abuse counselling, social skills and other related aspects.

-Rotating shift work, work days are Monday to Sunday, days off will be assigned on a rotational basis. Shifts will be distributed like this:

Mornings: 7AM to 3PM

Afternoon-Evenings: 3PM to 11PM

Overnights: 11PM to 7AM
