At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we’ve proudly built and maintained over 60 commercial and residential properties across Southern Ontario for more than 30 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lawn Maintenance & Snow Services Senior Manager to lead our grounds maintenance and winter operations teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operations management, service quality, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
- Lead daily operations across lawn maintenance, groundskeeping, and snow removal divisions.
- Ensure all sites meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Build schedules, manage seasonal workflows, and allocate staff and equipment efficiently.
- Oversee contracts, service delivery, productivity, and team accountability.
- Manage emergency service calls, reporting, invoicing, and operational logistics.
- Lead winter operations including snow and ice management, documentation, and site readiness.
- Support and mentor supervisors and field staff to drive performance and team development.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- 5+ years of experience in landscape operations, property maintenance, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance, groundskeeping, and snow/ice management operations.
- Experience with project costing, scheduling, safety standards, and contract management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive Salary: $110,000$120,000 based on experience.
