Position Overview
We are looking for a hard-working, experienced Customer Service Representatives to perform a variety of customer service tasks. The role involves providing outstanding customer service and assisting customer inquiries utilizing automotive knowledge, the company database, and parts catalogue. You will answer inbound calls, process orders, make follow-up calls, collaborate with other HDAP locations and team members, warehouse staff, and suppliers and vendors to service customers. Converting customer calls and inquiries into sales. Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Customer Service Representatives are responsible for researching and sourcing parts for customers and technicians, ensuring timely and accurate part orders, and facilitating the sales process, well providing exceptional customer service by issuing price quotes, selling parts, and handling special-order requests.
• Corresponding to customer inquiries from inbound phone inquiries, and emails
• Processing parts warranties, customer returns and credits on customer accounts
• Coordinating resolutions to customer vehicle issues, warranty policies, and more
• Meeting and exceeding specified sales targets and upselling automotive products and supplies.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to upsell automotive products and supplies
• Accuracy and attention to detail, good with numbers
• Multitasker and well organized
• Experience with ERP systems a plus
• Positive attitude to support all areas of a small office environment
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating patience and professionalism
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• Other duties as assigned based upon operational needs
Knowledge
• Automotive parts and supplies knowledge
• Prior work experience in the automotive industry is a required (Minimum one-year prior work experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour to start (to be negotiated, based upon skill and experience)

Schedule:
• 8 Hour Shifts Monday to Friday (Alternating Saturdays)
• Call Centre Operating Hours -Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00pm
• Schedule may vary according to operational needs.
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 depending upon knowledge and experience
