Job Description
The Window Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the exterior and interior windows of residential and commercial properties are thoroughly cleaned and streak-free. This role involves working at various heights, utilizing ladders and specialized equipment to achieve high-quality results. The Window Cleaner will also maintain equipment, interact with clients professionally, and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Days & Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Wage: $19/hour
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required as job sites vary within the Hamilton area
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions (for outdoor jobs)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and climb ladders
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in varying environments
- Must not be afraid of heights (use of 32ft ladders)
