We specialize in supplying the landscaping, excavating, and pool industries with aggregates, sands, topsoil, and triple mixes. We also operate a full-service bin rental division.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking both DZ and AZ  Dump Truck Operators for part-time winter work starting immediately, with the expectation that this role will transition into a full-time position in the spring for the right candidate.

What We Offer:

• Wage: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour, based on skills and experience
• Part-time winter employment (immediate start)
• Full-time position available in spring
• Benefits available after 3 months of full-time employment

What We Need From You:

• Flexible availability is required. Winter operations may include evening, overnight, and weekend work, particularly during snow removal and weather‑related operations. Candidates must be able to respond to varying schedules as required by winter conditions.
• Valid AZ or DZ License
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to safely operate dump trucks, hook-lift roll-off trucks, and tag floats
• Ability to load, unload, and secure equipment (not required, but beneficial)
• Professional customer communication
• 18-speed manual transmission experience preferred
• Pre-trip inspections and logbook completion
• Safe operation following company policies and traffic laws
• Minor equipment repairs as capable (not required, but beneficial)
• Maintain clean vehicles and equipment
• Compliance with Ministry of Transportation and Environment regulations
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience required

Language:

• English (required)

Licensing:

• AZ or DZ License
• Clean Driver’s Abstract

Work Location:

On the road

Reliable commute to Waterdown / Flamborough area required
