Seasonal Gift Basket Associate (Full- time, Sept-Dec 2025)
Your role as the Seasonal Basket Room Associate is to create baskets in response to orders received online, over the phone and customers in-store.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gift basket production on assembly line
- Seasonal Contract/Full-time September- December 2025
- Communicate the needs of materials (ribbon, baskets, film, etc.) for the Department to the Gift Basket Production Manager to make purchases
- Sweeping and general evening clean-up
- Other duties as requested by the Gift Basket Production Manager
Requirements

- Weekday availability (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm)
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
- Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Environmental exposure to cold temperatures.
Seasonal Gift Basket Shipper (Full- time, Sept-Dec 2025)
Responsibilities

Responsible for the labeling, movement, and shipping of outgoing baskets during the holiday season.

Report to Grocery Lead & Gift Basket Coordinator
- Prepare all orders by applying designated paperwork
- Ensure all orders are properly boxed and marked
- Ensure all orders are prepared and shipped in a timely manner
- Check special order board daily and ensures all special orders are taken care of
- Ensure Store Pick-Up Orders, Kwiksave, and Canada Post orders are ready to be shipped
- Wrap all racks
- Bring down correct basket selection from upstairs to prepare for shipping using elevator
- Ensure shipping & receiving rooms are clean, neat, and tidy
- Ensure there is adequate room for incoming products
- Stack skids and empty the elevator as required.
- Responsible for operating within the health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in gift basket assembly as required
- Other duties as required by management or supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and follow direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous RF Gun knowledge considered an asset
- Adaptable to changes in production schedules.
- Some Saturdays may be required
- Weekday availability (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm)
