Job Description

About the Company:

We are your “one-call” full service flooring company. We supply and install almost all hard surface flooring products you could hope for. With over 20 years of experience working with private homeowners and New Home developers, we can tackle your entire flooring project from start to finish so you can enjoy your new floors for years to come! We can also install almost any flooring products you’ve purchased yourself.

Job duties include:

Traveling to different job sites
Working in new construction and residential settings
Cleaning and preparing job sites
Moving materials and tools
Use of hand and power tools (e.g. pneumatic nailers)
Working in different temperatures from cold to hot

Hours per week vary depending on business needs: 8-40 hrs per week

Work schedule varies depending on customer needs: typically Monday to Friday, but some weekends may be required. Shifts could start as early as 7:30am or finish as late as 8:00pm, but shifts will not be longer than 8 hours.

Wage: $18/hour to start, but negotiable depending on experience

Requirements & Prerequisites

This work is physically demanding and requires you to be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 75 lbs.
Must have great attention to detail
Equipment required: Steel toe safety shoes, Hard hat, Safety glasses
Previous experience preferred but not required; Employer is willing to provide on-the-job training
Ability to provide your own transportation would be an asset but is not required. Transportation to job sites can be arranged/provided if needed.
