Job Summary – Inside Sales Representative
The Sling-Choker Mfg. Group has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative. This position is based in Hamilton, ON.

Our ideal candidate would have a friendly demeanor and great communication skills as they would be an initial point of contact for our customers and vendors. This person should also be comfortable operating a computer and learning new software. If you have experience working in an industrial sales setting, we would like to hear from you! Training is available to fill in any missing skill-sets and to help you succeed in this position.
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities and may include the opportunity for commissions.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Job RequirementsÂ
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors
- Learn and understand rigging practices, rules, and regulations so you may provide knowledgeable information to customers
- Operate computer software to organize and generate quotes and sales orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure orders are made in a timely manner
- Communicate with other branch staff to assist with customer inquiries
- Perform other branch support duties as required
Applicant Requirements
- Experience in industrial sales an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be self-driven and self-motivated
- Strong time management & organizational skills
