Job Description

We are growing our cleaning company and seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Construction Clean-Up Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning services at construction sites, ensuring that spaces are ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct post-construction cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
  • Remove debris, dust, and other materials left from construction activities
  • Clean windows, fixtures and other surfaces to ensure a polished finish
  • Work collaboratively with your supervisor and team mates to meet specific cleaning requirements
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Report any issues or additional cleaning needs to the supervisor

Days & Hours of Work: Monday–Friday, hours vary – Employer is flexible!


Requirements & Prerequisites

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
  • Previous cleaning experience, particularly in construction or commercial settings, is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Employees are required to have and wear safety boots, a hard hat and a safety vest while on the job site
  • WHMIS training/certificate (employer will provide this program)
  • Valid Police Check
