Job Description

  • Greeting patients
  • Managing appointments, including but not limited to: calling patients, following up, confirming the appointments
  • Managing the documents, including but not limited to: patient test result and the basic information (hard copy and electronic copy), inventory, billing, etc.
  • Managing the marketing, including but not limited to: digital marketing with Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms, in person marketing events etc.
  • Other job duties as required

Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Wage: $18 per hour or more, depending on experience


Requirements & Prerequisites

  • Good communication skills
  • Good office software skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, etc.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Detail-oriented
