Work for a growing business nearing $1,000,000 in revenue per year run by a entrepreneurial and highly motivated self-starter. We are seeking a candidate who shares in this motivation to help run and grow a local and established landscaping business

The Marketing Director will facilitate sales, organize marketing campaigns, schedule jobs to keep a crew of 10 organized and busy year-round

March – May: Lawn Maintenance
June – July: Gardening / Trimming / Mulch jobs
August – September: Hardscape projects
October – January: Snow removal contracts

The Marketing Director will be promoting our business and driving sales by;

• Conducting email and telephone direct marketing campaigns
• Doing outreach campaigns to our established customer database of 1000+ contracts
• Monitoring responses and adjusting Google ads as part of our online digital marketing campaign
• Recruiting clients from consumer platforms such as Facebook and Kijiji
• Performing administration and scheduling using Google Calendar
• Learning and using our online invoicing/billing system to coordinate payments with clients

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am- 3pm
Location is hybrid office/remote, or potentially remote based on candidate’s level of experience/preference
