HVAC Helper - 23 032
Job Description
The HVAC Helper will assist our gasfitter/refrigeration mechanics to install, maintain and repair HVAC equipment in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the removal and installation of sheet metal components, furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and related equipment
- Helping to load and unload the truck at the beginning and end of each day
- Ensuring the job site is clean and well organized at the end of each work day
Days & Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 7 am to 5 pm
Benefits are available after a 90-day probation.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Physically able to work in demanding conditions, including construction sites
- Familiar with basic hand tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Covid-19 vaccination required
- Ability to work as part of a team
