Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Auto Mechanic with experience to work on our fleet of light trucks and vehicles.

As our front line mechanic you will have the most important role, keeping others safe. Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Service / Repairs to all company fleet vehicles (approx. 20) and equipment.
  • You will preform regular preventative maintenance repairs including but not limited to; oil changes, brake system, heating & cooling system, engine, tire rotations / repairs etc.
  • Maintain an accurate repair log.
  • Ordering / receiving automotive parts and shop supplies.
  • You will maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 


Requirements & Prerequisites

For this position you will require:

  • A valid Ontario Drivers’ License – this is mandatory
  • Previous Auto Mechanic Experience – this is mandatory and a must
  • Work Boots (other safety equipment will be provided)
  • Must be experienced, dependable, reliable and a team player
  • Attention to detail.
