We are seeking a Retail Customer Service candidate with some graphics knowledge to join our team! You will create graphics for print onto fabrics to meet a retail, commercial or promotional need. Begin training immediately at our Stoney Creek Location. Transitioning to our new facility in Brantford ON within 3-6 months
Job Details:
- 9-5 Monday – Friday
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- On-Site Parking
- Adobe Illustrator skills is a MUST
- Vector editing for print type applications is a Must
Requirements & Prerequisites
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information regarding products and services
- Answer phones and emails
- Process Point of Sale Transactions
- Handle Cash
- Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish
- Maintain image files
- Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
- Submit samples for project approval to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields
- Knowledge of design and photo-editing software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
