Our well recognized client in Stoney Creek is a leader in the Clean-Up & Restoration industry and provides outstanding customer service following unfortunate events resulting in property damage. Thier team is growing, needing 4 Restoration Technicians that will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Experience in restoration, cleaning and/or construction is preferred, strong management, delegation, planning, & leadership skills is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service the needs of individual restoration projects & provide a first-class customer experience
• Complete all jobs to the customer’s satisfaction
• Manage work assignments with units allocated, ensuring the materials & equipment units taken are recorded on the work orders
• Facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, customer sign off & payment
• Handle re-service requests promptly & courteously

General Job Duties:

• Maintain all equipment to ensure it’s in proper working order
• Maintain company vehicle to ensure proper working order including a neat & clean interior
• Attend weekly meetings & and training workshops as required for the production team
• Help train new crew members & technicians in accordance with our client’s standards
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

Other Information:

• Must posess a valid Class G Ontario’s driver’s license with no restrictions
• Clean criminal background required (background check will be preformed)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bending, reaching, kneeling required
• Candidates must be willing to take part in a rotating on-call schedule, able to work after-hours and on holidays when necessary
• Taking a personal & genuine interest in customer satisfaction is an essential part of this position
• Tools are provided by the company, company pays 50% of work clothing
