Our services include emergency food and clothing; daily hot meals; emergency shelters for men, youth, families, women and children; transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth; hospice palliative care; community mental health programs; and supportive housing programs. Job Description

• In this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of young mothers and their children living at Regina’s Place – Youth Services. Services to clients include:
• Assessment, crisis prevention and intervention
• Supportive counseling, education, advocacy, social/recreational programming
• Life skills teaching i.e. cooking and linkages with other community services
• InterRai assessments and supporting the overall health and wellbeing of Young Moms and their children
• Provide individualized support services to clients in the home setting
