Office Administrator
Job Description
This role will be handling complex scheduling, project-coordinating initiatives for the office team, working with the operations manager, organizing, and planning for driver recruitment and retention year over year, as well as performing other administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will be a liaison between the managers and other team members or external parties (including our amazing clients). The ability to communicate exceptionally and prioritize strategically is a must for supporting this team leader in a fast-paced style and will set the stage for success in this role. This is a full-time role and will allow showing how the development of the company will be based on service growth and client retention. Reporting to head office will be required every week with reports to be sent on division standings.

• 3+ years experience in a business environment (preferably in a management or Assistant Management capacity).
• Strong knowledge of the region with the ability to know and seek out potential growth and recruitment.
• A university or college degree (preferred).
• Previous event planning, travel coordination, and project management experience is strongly preferred.
• Passion for creating, improving, and maintaining systems and processes.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to see “the big picture” and align with the company vision.
• Computer skills in managing websites and software.
• Personable, energetic, and fun to work with!

Salary- $45,000 – $50,000 (Annually)
