Oakridge Landscape Contractors has a need for a Residential Landscape Construction Foreperson (Full-time) to join our dynamic team of talented individuals!

Job Description:
The Residential Landscape Construction Foreperson is in charge of managing a crew of 3-5 people on residential job sites. Work includes planting trees, grass, and gardens, laying driveways and patios, and building walls, fences, etc.
Key duties include:
- Drive company truck and trailer.
- Installation of natural stone (flag, armour, etc).
- Installation of interlock paving stone.
- Installation of precast pavers and retaining walls.
- Ability to dig holes (when needed), place soils, plant trees, and shrubs, etc.
- Trim shrubs and evergreens.
Requirements & Prerequisites
- Valid Driver’s License “G” is required.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Minimum of 5 years field experience and 3 years crew management.
- Experience in stone masonry is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
- Meet with subcontractors and supervise quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must have a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours and the occasional Saturday.
