Oakridge Landscape Contractors has a need for a Lawn Maintenance Foreperson (Full-time/Year-Round Work) to join our dynamic team of talented individuals!

Position: Lawn Maintenance Foreperson.
Location: This position is based in Hannon (Hamilton), Ontario.
Pay: $25-32 per hour (Benefits after 3 months).
Job Duties:
- Lawn Maintenance Foreperson/Crew Leader related to the landscape gardening industry.
- The position of Lawn Maintenance Foreperson will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors.
- This position also includes the use of numerous types of related equipment.
Key Duties include:
- Managing a crew of 3-5 people.
- Mowing grass.
- Flower bed maintenance.
- Pulling weeds.
- Trimming.
- Raking.
- Pruning.
- Drive company truck and trailer.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License “G” is required.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Minimum of 5 years field experience and 3 years crew management.
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
- Willingness to take appropriate classes in order to upgrade my knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours and the occasional Saturday.
- Tolerance to various weather conditions.
