General Labourer/equipment operator
Job Description
- Fast-paced environment working at various golf courses in the Hamilton/Brantford area
- Golf course renovation work to include but not limited to:
-
-
- Construction/renovation of various areas of the golf course; greens, tees, bunkers, etc…
- Repair/installation of irrigation systems
- Drainage installation

- Excavate and haul material
- Install drainage at proper grade using laser level
- Remove material and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, and other equipment as required
- Grade, level, shape, landscape
- Perform other activities at construction sites as required
Requirements & Prerequisites
- experience working in the golf business or related fields (landscape, construction)
- experience operating equipment such as tractors, loaders, mini-excavators, skid steer, etc… is an asset
- previous irrigation repair/troubleshooting is an asset but not required
- ability to work independently or as a part of a group
- valid G driver’s license
- own transportation to/from various job sites
- ability to work in various weather conditions
