Looking for highly motivated individuals to work in a retail tax setting.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
We work together as a team to provide an excellent customer experience paired with an accurate tax return.
Provides an excellent training base for individuals looking to work in Public Accounting
The position is in a retail setting. We have acrylic barriers at each desk in response to Covid-19 and adhere to social distancing and masking requirements. Sanitizing workspaces after each client interaction is of the highest priority. We are committed to the health & safety of our staff & clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Personal Income Tax Returns
Explain Tax Returns to Clients
General Office Duties – greeting clients, answering the phone, filing, calling clients Reviewing Tax Returns
Requirements & Prerequisites
Required Skills:
Ability to prepare personal Tax Returns (training provided) Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good grasp of the English Language – Verbal & Written
Additional Information:
Police Record Check Required
Reference Checks done
Must have filed a 2020 tax return and able to get My Account with CRA
Compensation and Benefits Information:
$16.00/hour
+ Bonuses based on Office Performance & Retention

Contract Feb 1st – May 2nd , 2022
One Week Basic Income Tax Training starting Jan 26, 2022 for candidates who are choosen for the position. Not paid for training, there is a registration fee of $69.00 plus HST. If the selected candidates works to the end of their contract, the fees paid for the training course will be refunded to them.
