Smile. Greet customers and determine how you can help them
Give Marketing Material and store services brochure to all Customers
Record all sales transactions on POS system and accurately process cash, and debit/credit card transactions
Quoting Customers on packaging and shipping
Receive and process packages for couriers, lifting and weighing of packages on the scale, accessing appropriate software, and labeling packages. Track and trace shipments
Checking Photo ID for Package Pick up
Printing from emails, scanning to email, Faxing
Operate Printers Color- B+W-Large Format -Document Finishing
Pricing , set-up printing, quoting, , binding equipment
Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately.
Excellent communication skills; retail sales/customer service, computer skills Outlook, Excel
,Word
General housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of all glass
surfaces, and emptying trash daily.
Close out cash at end of day including: reconciliation of cash, credit/debit cards, and preparation of daily bank deposits.
Open and close security gate daily.
Ability to lift approx.50-70 pounds with assistance
Assist in merchandising the centre, including: stocking shelves with product,
ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of product
Available afternoons and weekend hours
All other duties as assigned
