Operations Team Member
Job Description
Start Date: July 2021
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC are looking for energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join our Operations Team. Successful applicants will join our Team in providing a world-class game-day experience throughout the 2021 season at Tim Hortons Field.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Set-up and tear down of all game-day marketing and corporate activations
• Set-up all premium and non-premium ticketing areas, including but not limited to the Club Level, Touchdown Lounge, Suite Level, and Coors Light Patio
• Execute stadium conversion from Forge to Tiger-Cats and vice versa
• Set-up of any event spaces utilized during games or on off days
• Set-up all parking infrastructure and signage
• Assist all other departments to ensure that the game-day experience is a success
• Work in a variety of weather conditions, including the possibility of inclement weather
Requirements & Prerequisites
Ideal candidates possess:
• A charismatic, cheerful, and energetic personality
Passion for football, soccer, and the Hamilton community
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision
• Excellent problem solving skills
• An ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm in all situations
Operations Team Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work 75% of remaining Tiger-Cats and Forge FC games (includes playoffs and Grey Cup)
• Some availability during weekdays is preferred, but not a requirement
• Must comply with all Tiger-Cats and Forge FC personal hygiene and grooming guidelines
