• Straight afternoon shift (no rotation) 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday

Location: Ancaster, ON

Schedule: 3PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday

Pay: $20-21/hour

Attire Requirements: Must have pair of steel toed boots/safety shoes.

Job Duties:

• Your primarily goal will be to ensure that a team of 10 – 20 are working cohesively in the warehouse, supervising the team and make sure they stay on top of their daily quotas.
• Daily metrics: compile and track daily metrics to supervisors to monitor progress of day-to-day.
• Go getter personality is a MUST! As you will be stepping into help the team when necessary, with loading and unloading.
• Training: you will be the main point of contact for training any new workers.
• Communication: staying on top of daily communication with the team and with supervisors.
