Field Inspector, Construction

Wristen’s Home Specialties Inc. provides quality and dependable sub-contractor services in vibration monitoring, condition surveys, forensic claims investigations and environmental noise assessments.

The role of the Field Inspector is to perform pre-& post-construction inspections by taking photographs and documenting conditions for residential and commercial properties as required by Municipal and Private Clients. The Field Inspector interacts with customers/home owners to explain the WHS process and to schedule inspections as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience dealing with the public in a customer-oriented position
• Basic proficiency with technology (Excel, Email, Digital Cameras)
• Ability to prioritize the daily workload for maximum output
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Applicants must have a clean driver’s abstract and possess a valid G License

The work is performed mostly in field settings.  Considerable outdoor work is required in the inspection of various land use developments, construction sites or public works facilities.
