Job Description

Seeking a Remote Administrator to handle ingoing/outgoing communications, conduct sales calls, promote the service, and handle financial responsibilities such as processing transactions and basic accounting
Scheduling is weekdays M-F, with benefits after 3 months including dental/medical, pension


Requirements & Prerequisites

College diploma in Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Strong written/verbal communication
Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have own laptop and reliable/stable internet access
Must be experienced in sales and/or comfortable with cold calling (Make inbound/outbound calls)
Manage CRM, generate invoices
Able to use HubSpot
Experience using QuickBooks
